About Steve Kherkher

Steve Kherkher is a founding partner and 36-year trial lawyer who has represented plaintiffs in over 40 states across catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, commercial trucking, products liability, toxic torts, and premises liability matters. He co-founded Kherkher Garcia with Jesus Garcia in 2019 after a career that included a $200 million pharmaceutical verdict in Philadelphia in 2005 (the Fen-Phen docket), an $11 million wrongful death verdict in 2012, and multiple eight-figure verdicts in trucking and oilfield cases. In 2024, Steve and Kevin Haynes recovered $100 million for burn victims of a pipeline explosion and $90 million for a family in a wrongful death arising from a commercial vehicle collision. Steve also spearheaded multiple Monsanto lawsuits, obtaining multi-million-dollar judgments including a $46.5 million verdict. Judges, opposing counsel, and fellow trial lawyers consider him an industry leader and retain him to co-counsel cases nationwide.
