Adam Resmini

Adam J. Resmini joined the law firm as an attorney in its Civil Litigation Division in 2009. He is licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, and Florida. He attended Roger Williams School of Law, where he graduated with Honors (Cum Laude), was a member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice, and was a Rule 9 Student Attorney for the Criminal Defense Clinic. He clerked for Judge Daniel Procaccini in the Superior Court, completed internships with the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office Criminal Division and the District of Columbia Attorney General's Office Civil Litigation Department, and performed pro bono work for the Homeless Legal Clinic. He has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2011 to 2023 and to the Super Lawyers list from 2024 to 2026. He was named to the Top 40 Under 40 list by the National Trial Lawyers for 2012, 2013, and 2014, and was designated a NAOPIA Top 10 Attorney under 40 in Rhode Island in 2015. He is also recognized in Best Lawyers in America since 2024 for Personal Injury Litigation (Plaintiffs) and was named a Rhode Island Monthly Professional Excellence in Law Honoree for 2026.
