About Charles Garabedian
Charles Garabedian grew up in North Providence, Rhode Island, graduated from Roger Williams University in 2006, and earned his J.D. from Roger Williams School of Law in 2009. During his second year of law school he competed on the trial team at the regional level. He spent several years in practice before establishing a solo practice in 2015, where he handled personal injury, criminal defense, and federal matters. His cases included negotiating a personal injury settlement for a family member after a rear-end collision, obtaining a "no further trouble" (NFT) resolution in a juvenile criminal defense matter on a pro bono basis, representing a subject witness in a high-profile federal case in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island without charges being brought, and taking over a 2010 medical malpractice lawsuit that was nearly dismissed for lack of prosecution, reopening discovery, winning key motions, and getting the case certified for trial. He joined the Law Offices of Ronald J. Resmini and is admitted to practice in Rhode Island.
