R. Jason Resmini

R. Jason Resmini is a Partner at the firm concentrating in civil litigation and entertainment law. Before joining the firm, he worked in the Legal Affairs Division at MGM Studios in Los Angeles in 2009 and in the Motion Picture Literary Division at International Creative Management (ICM) in 2008, where he negotiated multi-million dollar film deals on projects including the James Bond series, Iron Man 2, Get Smart 2, and Lakeview Terrace. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law and completed graduate coursework in Business Finance at Harvard University Extension School. He also holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance. He was named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in Massachusetts from 2013 to 2020, received the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Lawyers designation for 2014, and is recognized in Best Lawyers in America since 2024 for Personal Injury Litigation. He has also been appointed pro hac vice counsel in a Rhode Island class action involving non-FDA-approved IUDs.
