Daniel L. Peters II is a Partner at Malman Law in Chicago, where he concentrates his practice in estate planning, trust and guardianship administration, and probate litigation. Dan represents individuals, families, and financial institutions in their capacities as executor, trustee, and guardian. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Marquette University and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. During law school, he completed judicial externships with the Illinois Supreme Court, clerking for Justice Anne M. Burke, and at the Illinois Appellate Court for Justice Terrence J. Lavin.
