About David Wells
David Wells joined McMath Woods as an associate in 2025. He earned his J.D. from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law (2025), where he served on the UALR Law Review, and his B.A. in Philosophy from UALR (2022). He clerked for the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals over two years before clerking at Lassiter and Cassinelli and at the Arkansas Attorney General's Office. In 2022, the Arkansas Supreme Court appointed him to its Build Initiative advisory committee to help modernize the state's judicial management system. In 2024, the Law School Admission Council selected him to design and teach its global summer LSAT curriculum. His practice covers medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, environmental matters, and appellate work.
