
About Jaquay Felix
Jaquay B. Felix is a partner in the firm's Mass Torts Litigation and Probate departments, working out of the Long Island office. He specializes in personal injury and wrongful death claims for victims of the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center disaster, representing families of first responders, employees, and residents affected by the terrorist attacks and their aftermath. He represents clients nationwide in their claims against the September 11th Victims Compensation Fund, including cases where claims were previously denied. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in this work. During law school at Touro, he served as a law clerk in the Eastern District Court of New York under Judge Leonard D. Wexler and was an American Inns of Court Fellow.
