John Fonda

John R. Fonda focuses his practice on civil litigation in the environmental law area, particularly assisting those injured by contaminated water at Camp Lejeune or by exposure to PFAS, ethylene oxide, and other contaminants from landfills or industrial sites. He has practiced a broad range of civil litigation representing injured persons, defendants, and decedents' estates in state and federal courts across North Carolina. He earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is admitted in North Carolina and multiple federal courts in that state.
