Joseph Napoli

Joseph Napoli is a partner at Napoli Shkolnik PLLC who is widely recognized as one of the most tenacious litigators in New York. He is known for taking on difficult cases and recovering substantial damages when other firms have concluded there was no viable claim. He currently concentrates on auto accident cases and other personal injury matters involving multi-million-dollar damage figures. Mr. Napoli earned a LLM from New York University School of Law and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where he excelled in both legal scholarship and advocacy. Beyond the law, he is also a performance artist and academic scholar who brings all of his education and skills to bear in each case.
