Nicholas Mindicino

Nicholas Mindicino is a Senior Associate in Napoli Shkolnik's Environmental Litigation Department, working in the Manhattan office. Prior to joining the firm, he engaged in complex litigation across civil rights, police misconduct, and prisoners' rights matters, gaining extensive experience in Constitutional and statutory law before state and federal courts. He has conducted trials and argued motions and appeals before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut and his B.A. from Boston University. He has been recognized as a New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015 to 2022 and as a New York Metro Super Lawyer in 2023.
