About Patrick Lanciotti

Patrick J. Lanciotti is a Junior Partner in the Environmental Litigation and Toxic Tort practice at Napoli Shkolnik, concentrating on high-impact environmental class actions and complex mass tort litigation. He was actively involved in the landmark Flint Water Litigation, representing victims of the Flint Water Crisis in one of the largest contaminated water cases in U.S. history. His practice also includes PFAS contamination, Camp Lejeune water contamination cases, and other toxic exposure matters. During law school, he served as a law clerk to the Regional Attorney at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and as a legal intern at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic.
