Rachel Shkolnik

Rachel L. Shkolnik is an associate with the Product Liability and Pharmaceutical Department. Prior to joining the Pharmaceutical Department, she focused on premises liability, products liability, labor law, intentional torts, and civil suits on behalf of victims of sexual assault and battery. She has been featured in Law360 for her work as part of a diverse attorney group proposed as lead counsel in the Elmiron MDL. She earned her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Georgia.
