Shayna Sacks

Shayna E. Sacks is a partner who focuses her nationwide practice on obtaining the best results for clients in governmental affairs and mass tort litigation, including pharmaceutical products liability, environmental litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and medical device liability. Along with other firm attorneys, Ms. Sacks leads efforts on behalf of cities and counties in the National Prescription Opiate Litigation, which has resulted in billions of dollars in settlements with opioid manufacturers, distributors, and retail pharmacies. She interned with the Legal Aid Society Federal Defenders Division during law school and is admitted in multiple jurisdictions. She earned her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.A. from American University.
