
About Stephen Holihan
Stephen Holihan is a lifelong resident of New York City and a retired firefighter with the FDNY. He brings first-hand knowledge of the firefighting profession and the challenges faced by his former colleagues to his legal practice. He maintains ties with the FDNY community and regularly helps firefighters pro bono with various legal matters. He earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and his B.S. from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He is admitted in New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the United States Supreme Court.
