Eric Joyner

Eric Joyner represents clients at Parker & McConkie in motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, wrongful death, and premises liability claims. Before joining the firm, he practiced at a personal injury firm in Wisconsin handling complex injury and insurance cases. Earlier in his career, he served as a Hearing Officer for the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, adjudicating administrative appeals. Eric earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where he competed on the collegiate wrestling team. Outside the office, he volunteers as a wrestling coach at Murray High School.
