About Judson Burton
Judson D. Burton joined Parker & McConkie in 2023, where he focuses on complex personal injury cases including catastrophic injuries, brain trauma, wrongful death, defective products, industrial accidents, trucking and auto collisions, slip and falls, dog bites, and governmental liability. He has appeared before mediators, arbitrators, district courts, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Utah Supreme Court. Judson earned his J.D. from BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2015 and then clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court. He later earned a master's degree with distinction in Ethics, Epistemology, and the Philosophy of Mind from the University of Edinburgh. He is also an adjunct professor in the Philosophy Department at BYU, teaching courses on the philosophy of law and religion. Judson is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and serves on the Utah Association for Justice Amicus Curiae Committee. He lives in Utah with his wife, Angela, and their two daughters.
