Background

Tae Darnell is Of Counsel at Ramos Law Personal Injury & Accident Lawyers. He is a versatile attorney with notable expertise across cannabis law, sports, and entertainment, combining legal practice with executive leadership. Darnell co-founded the Cannabis Law Center in 2008, pioneering full-time cannabis law practice in Colorado. He contributed to the passage of Amendment 64, drafted the Colorado Model for cannabis regulation, and drafted medical marijuana legislation in Hawaii as well as tribal legislation in North America. He has served as attorney for the Denver 420 Rally and as General Counsel for APSE. Darnell co-founded multiple companies, including Surna, Inc., Sensi Media Group, LLC, and OrganaPharma, and previously worked as an NFL agent and VP of GoListen Music Distribution. He has been nominated nine times as MVP in the Cannabis Business Awards and serves on the board of the National Hemp Association and the Rocky Mountain Region Board of the Anti-Defamation League.
