Brett Ferguson

Brett Ferguson was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, and graduated with honors from the University of Memphis in 2006 with a degree in Political Science. He and his wife then relocated to Jackson, Mississippi, where Brett attended Mississippi College School of Law and graduated with honors in 2009. That year he passed bar examinations in both Mississippi and Tennessee and is admitted to practice in both states. Brett joined the firm in 2010. His practice focuses on Mississippi workers' compensation claims, Social Security Disability claims, and Tennessee personal injury matters including car wrecks, slip and falls, and premises liability. He serves on the Board of the Northwest Rankin Athletic Association and the Gabby Strong Foundation, and is a member of the Mississippi Association for Justice. He and his wife, Jessica, have three daughters and are active members of Pinelake Church.
