About Camila Johnson
Camila Johnson was born in Colombia and grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She joined the U.S. Army Reserve in 2000 after high school and served on active duty after 9/11, leaving the Army in 2006 to move to north Mississippi. She earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration with honors from Northeast Mississippi Community College (2008), a Bachelor's in Business Management with honors from the University of Mississippi (2010), and her J.D. with honors from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2013. While in law school she completed an externship at the Memphis Immigration Court and clerked for Judge Talmadge D. Littlejohn. She was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in September 2013. Prior to joining Schwartz & Associates in 2023, she worked for the Mississippi Department of Human Services in Child Support Enforcement and practiced personal injury at another firm. Her practice includes motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability cases throughout Mississippi. She is fluent in Spanish.
