About Jocelyn Frawley
Jocelyn Frawley is a member of the Trusts, Estates and Guardianships practice group at Shaheen and Gordon. She grew up in Colorado and earned her B.A. in Psychology and Public Administration from the University of Arizona and her M.A. in Forensic Psychology from the University of Arizona before working as a civil rights investigator and Director of Equal Opportunity/Title IX Coordinator at Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. She earned her J.D. from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2021, attending part-time while working full-time, and served as Managing Editor of the University of Massachusetts Law Review and a student attorney in the Human Rights at Home law clinic. Prior to joining Shaheen and Gordon she practiced in Massachusetts. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America 2026 for Trusts and Estates.
