Jonathan Webster

Jonathan Webster handles personal injury cases at Smith & Hassler. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics and his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University. That scientific background gives him a strong foundation for understanding the complex medical and scientific evidence that often decides personal injury cases. Before joining the firm, he worked across two demanding practice areas: criminal law and immigration law. During law school, he clerked at a criminal defense firm focused on DWI defense and externed at a public defender's office, sharpening his courtroom instincts and understanding of how the legal system serves the people who navigate it.
