Michael Smith

Michael Smith is a personal injury lawyer and co-founder of Smith & Hassler. He earned his J.D. from the University of Houston College of Law in 1982 and is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas (1980) and the Supreme Court of Oklahoma (2004). He has tried many personal injury cases to jury verdicts. His peers voted him one of Texas' Super Lawyers for 2002 and 2003, placing him among the top 5 percent of practicing attorneys in Texas. He has also been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
