
About Brad Vinson
Brad Vinson co-founded Smith & Vinson Law Firm and focuses his practice on personal injury and criminal defense. He has recovered millions in settlements and verdicts for clients injured in auto accidents, trucking collisions, and premises liability incidents, and has defended clients in criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to murder. Brad earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was a mock trial varsity advocate and won the Best Advocate Overall Award at the Summer Trial Academy. He also holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee. Brad is admitted in Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. He has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer and holds a 10.0 Avvo rating. In addition to his civilian practice, Brad has represented active duty service members. He serves on the Williamson County Criminal Defense Bar board and teaches litigation strategy to attorneys at legal conferences.
