About Charles Falck

Charles Falck brings over a decade of litigation experience to Smith & Vinson, where he handles personal injury and criminal defense matters. He graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University in North Carolina with a B.A. in English and a minor in Economics, then attended the University of Texas School of Law, where he participated in trial advocacy and mock trial programs and interned at the Williamson County District Attorney's Office. After graduation, Charles joined the Williamson County Attorney's Office, securing successful verdicts in dozens of jury trials and serving as lead prosecutor in multiple County Courts of Law. In 2017 he moved to the Brazos County District Attorney's Office, where he handled and tried felony cases at all levels and managed half of the county's juvenile law docket. He then became a statewide prosecutor at the Texas Office of the Attorney General, prosecuting public officials across Texas. At Smith & Vinson, Charles handles depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations in personal injury matters while also continuing to represent clients in criminal defense cases.
