About Kevin Hulick
Kevin C. Hulick is an Ohio trial lawyer who joined Spangenberg Shibley & Liber in 2018 after clerking for U.S. District Judge Benita Y. Pearson and working as an assistant attorney general with the Ohio Attorney General's office and as an associate at a commercial litigation firm. Since joining the firm, Kevin has been particularly active in class action and civil rights litigation. He has represented classes in numerous cases with multiple successful settlements, and has the rare distinction of having participated in a class action trial. In civil rights work, he has achieved multiple settlements for excessive force and successfully argued an appeal before the Sixth Circuit in a deadly force case. Kevin graduated summa cum laude from Youngstown State University in 2012 and earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2015, where he was a founding member of the law school soccer club and competed in moot court.
