Brett Corson

Brett R. Corson is a Partner at Sweeney Merrigan Personal Injury Lawyers, focusing on catastrophic injury and death cases, medical malpractice, and complex litigation. He is an experienced trial attorney for both plaintiffs and defendants and a perennial Super Lawyers award winner.

Before joining Sweeney Merrigan, Corson was a partner at an AmLaw 200 firm where he represented Fortune 100 companies, individuals, and professionals in significant litigation matters. He also serves as a Reserve JAG Officer in the United States Coast Guard.

Corson earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law (President of Mock Trial Team) and his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of New Hampshire.
