Erin McHugh

Background

Erin McHugh is a Partner and Director of Pre-Litigation at Sweeney Merrigan Personal Injury Lawyers. She represents clients in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, general liability, dog attacks, and wrongful death cases, having secured more than $25 million for her clients to date. Notable results include a $4 million medical malpractice recovery (2021) and a $1.75 million traumatic brain injury recovery (2021).
