J. Tucker Merrigan

J. Tucker Merrigan is a Co-Managing Partner at Sweeney Merrigan Personal Injury Lawyers, which he founded in 2010 with his brother Peter. Born in Greenfield, Massachusetts, he has built the firm into a prominent plaintiffs' litigation practice with settlements exceeding $84 million. He represents more than 125 Massachusetts cities and towns in opioid litigation.

Merrigan earned his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in Boston and his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Tufts University. He attended Loomis Chaffee in Windsor, Connecticut.
