Peter Merrigan

Peter M. Merrigan is the Managing Partner at Sweeney Merrigan Personal Injury Lawyers, LLP in Boston, where he practices alongside his brother attorney J. Tucker Merrigan and father Thomas T. Merrigan. He focuses on motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, maritime accidents, wrongful death, defective products, slip and fall, insurance disputes, and general liability accidents.

Merrigan earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from New England School of Law, and during law school served as a Rule 3:03 Prosecutor for Suffolk County at West Roxbury District Court.
