About Richard Bright
Richard Bright returned to his hometown of Arkadelphia and joined Taylor King Law in 2005 after beginning his legal career in Memphis, Tennessee. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law. His practice focuses on representing ordinary citizens harmed by unfair business practices, and he helps clients obtain fair compensation including Social Security, uninsured, underinsured, and wrongful death benefits. Richard now practices in the Little Rock office. Shortly after joining the firm, he won a series of orders holding that a 2003 tort reform law was unconstitutional, helping change Arkansas Rules of Evidence to protect the injured. He has represented clients in courts ranging from small claims to the United States Supreme Court. Richard is a lifelong member of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, serves as an elder at his church, and is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a Justice of the Peace.
