Danny Newman

Danny Newman is a litigator and trial lawyer with over 20 years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death matters. He previously served as managing shareholder of a satellite office for a regional insurance defense firm and was a leader in that firm's trucking litigation practice group and co-chair of its long-term care litigation practice group. After two decades defending cases for corporations and insurers, he now advocates for victims of negligence.

Danny represents clients who are seriously injured, or families of victims killed, because of medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, industrial accidents, defective products, and serious auto/motorcycle/truck crashes. One hundred percent of his practice is devoted to serious personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He is admitted in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, and holds senior fellowship status with The Litigation Counsel of America and membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates.
