Daniel Moore

Daniel N. Moore is a fourth-generation Cincinnati attorney who focuses his practice entirely on personal injury cases. He represents only clients with genuine injuries caused by the wrongful conduct of others, drawing on over 22 years of experience to handle medical malpractice, truck accidents, product liability, car accidents, industrial accidents, motorcycle accidents, and wrongful death matters across Ohio and Kentucky. Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration summa cum laude from Washington State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. After law school he clerked for a prominent medical malpractice firm before joining The Moore Law Firm. He is admitted in all Ohio and Kentucky state courts and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
