Neal Schuett

Neal Schuett relocated to the greater Cincinnati area in 2009 to begin his legal career. He earned his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law. Raised by parents devoted to public service (his mother in a local hospital, his father in the U.S. Army and local law enforcement), Neal was drawn early to advocacy on behalf of others. Since arriving in Ohio he has served as both a municipal prosecutor and a public defender at trial and appellate levels, volunteered representing indigent clients and victims of abuse, taught law-related courses at a local public university, and coached mock trial teams. A former national champion mock trial competitor, Neal later served on the Board of Directors of the American Mock Trial Association and coached teams to a national championship and a national runner-up finish. His litigation skills earned him recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, Super Lawyer, and Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Attorney. After more than a decade as a criminal trial and appellate attorney, Neal transitioned to plaintiff personal injury work and now focuses exclusively on helping individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries or the loss of a loved one due to another's negligence or wrongful conduct.
