Kelly Thye

Kelly W. Thye joined The Moore Law Firm in November 2018 and has been practicing law in Cincinnati since 2002. He grew up in rural Iowa, where summers spent in agricultural work and a love of reading and travel shaped his character. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science with honors from the University of Iowa, then received his Juris Doctor from Capital University School of Law, where his law review article examined moral right. A visit to the Magna Carta in London crystallized his drive to help people in legal conflict. Throughout his career, Kelly has applied determination, creativity, compassion, and patience to personal injury and medical malpractice cases including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bus accidents, industrial accidents, burn injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and wrongful death matters. Before joining The Moore Law Firm, he worked at firms in Columbus and Cincinnati. He is admitted in all Ohio state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
