Benjamin Darche

Benjamin Darche joined Weitz & Luxenberg in 2004 as an attorney in the Asbestos Litigation group. He represents mesothelioma and asbestos-disease clients, and is known for the personal attention and commitment he brings to each matter. Darche earned his J.D. from New York Law School in 2000 and his B.S. from Syracuse University in 1997. He is admitted in New York and is a member of the New York County Trial Lawyers Association and the Queens County Bar Association.
