James Bilsborrow

James Bilsborrow is a partner and co-chair of the Environmental, Toxic Torts, and Consumer Protection unit at Weitz & Luxenberg. He represents plaintiffs in complex environmental and consumer-protection litigation across federal and state courts, including multidistrict litigations. Prior to his current role, he developed his litigation skills in toxic-tort and class-action matters. He is admitted in New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts in the Eastern, Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, and Fifth Circuits. Bilsborrow holds a J.D. from William & Mary School of Law (2008) and a B.A. from the University of Chicago (2003).
