Patti Burshtyn

Patti L. Burshtyn is a partner in the Asbestos Litigation group at Weitz & Luxenberg. She focuses on representing mesothelioma and asbestosis clients and their families, guiding them through the litigation process at one of the most difficult periods in their lives. She emphasizes that her clients -- workers who developed cancer through no fault of their own -- deserve both financial security for their families and peace of mind during illness. Burshtyn earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1999 and her B.S. from the State University of New York at Albany in 1996. She is admitted in New York and New Jersey.
