Gary Klein

Gary R. Klein is a partner and managing attorney at Weitz & Luxenberg, where he has practiced since joining the firm after earning his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1988. He focuses on personal injury and malpractice litigation and is known for combining broad legal knowledge with hands-on client service. Klein is admitted in New Jersey, New York, and before U.S. District Courts in New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is active in the American Association for Justice, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers.
