Gregory Stamatopoulos

Gregory Stamatopoulos is a partner at Weitz & Luxenberg with broad experience representing plaintiffs in complex class-action and False Claims Act (qui tam) litigation. Before joining the firm in 2017, he practiced at the New York law firm Milberg LLP, where he developed pre-trial, trial, appellate, and e-discovery skills. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts across industries including health care, pharmaceuticals, and defense, and has represented defrauded investors and consumers. Stamatopoulos holds a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School (2010) and a B.A. from Michigan State University (2006). He is admitted in Michigan and New York, and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
