Nicholas Wise

Nicholas Wise is a senior trial attorney and partner at Weitz & Luxenberg, where he handles negligence, personal injury, and malpractice cases. With more than 30 years of experience, he is known for aggressive courtroom strategy and tactics, taking the view that clients deserve the strongest possible representation. Wise earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1991 and his B.A. from Long Island University in 1988. He is admitted in New York and Colorado, and before U.S. District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
