Robin Greenwald

Robin L. Greenwald is a partner and co-chair of the Environmental, Toxic Tort, and Consumer Protection unit at Weitz & Luxenberg. Her career has focused on investigating corporate wrongdoing, leading to criminal prosecutions or the litigation of consumer class actions and environmental enforcement cases. She seeks compensation for people who become sick or whose property is damaged by industrial pollution, and for consumers harmed by dangerous products, data breaches, and other corporate misconduct. Greenwald earned her J.D. and B.A. from the University of Illinois (1982 and 1977 respectively) and is admitted in Illinois as well as other jurisdictions through the firm's national practice.
