Anna Donnelly

Anna Donnelly is a Western New York native from Lancaster, New York. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Niagara University, along with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration. During her academic career, she was an NCAA Division I lacrosse student-athlete and an All-American Scholar-Athlete. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University, where she received a CALI Award in Trial Advocacy, was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, and received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award. She was admitted to practice law in New York in January 2026 and is a member of both the Erie County Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association. She has been part of the William Mattar team since 2021, first as a staff member and later as a law clerk throughout law school.
