Olubukola Akinlua

Olubukola 'Bukie' Akinlua grew up in Lagos, Nigeria, and resides in Williamsville, NY. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Lagos State University in 2005, her Barrister at Law (B.L.) from Nigerian Law School in February 2007, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in July 2007, licensed to practice in all 36 states of Nigeria. She earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) with honors from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2021 and was admitted to practice in New York in 2024. In Nigeria, she practiced civil and criminal law for two years before relocating to the U.S. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County. Bukie brings strong empathy for clients who feel vulnerable after a car accident, and is motivated by providing both legal advocacy and personal comfort through the process.
