About Matt Kaiser
Matt Kaiser was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in the Catskill Mountains of the mid-Hudson Valley before attending the University at Buffalo, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. He then attended the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he served as a legal research and writing fellow and research assistant for two law professors. He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2013. At the firm, Kaiser handles research and writing, concentrating on dispositive motion practice and appeals, supporting trial lawyers before, during, and after trial. He has successfully defended or prosecuted well over a hundred dispositive motions and briefed or argued dozens of appeals. His articles have appeared in the New York Law Journal and the Bar Journal of the New York State Bar Association. He has presented continuing legal education programs for the New York State Bar Association, Erie Institute of Law, and National Business Institute.
