Stephen Paluch

Stephen Paluch grew up in Western New York and was instilled with the values of hard work and integrity from an early age. He has practiced personal injury law for more than twenty years and has won millions of dollars in recoveries for clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall cases, dog bite incidents, and work injuries. Upon beginning his legal career in 1999, Stephen immediately focused on personal injury law. After practicing in Ohio and North Carolina, he and his family returned to Western New York in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Buffalo and his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law. He is admitted in New York, and in federal courts in the Western and Northern Districts of New York.
