David Kleinschmidt

David G. Kleinschmidt is an associate at The Womac Law Firm. With a concentrated focus in personal injury, Mr. Kleinschmidt assists clients through automobile accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, and hurricane claims, working to secure compensation for those affected. Following Hurricane Ida, he recovered over $1 million for victims whose homes and lives were destroyed.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While at Loyola, he served as a member of the Moot Court Program and Trial Advocacy Program. Mr. Kleinschmidt has worked at The Womac Law Firm since 2014, beginning as a file clerk before advancing to legal assistant and then attorney.
