Elizabeth Kayatta

Elizabeth Kayatta is an impassioned advocate for her clients with a track record of success in the courtroom. As a trial attorney at Berman & Simmons, she helps deliver justice for people who have suffered catastrophic and life-altering injuries. Her practice includes cases arising out of medical malpractice, trucking accidents, wrongful deaths, and other serious personal injuries. Elizabeth graduated from Princeton University before earning her law degree from Boston College Law School.

Prior to joining Berman & Simmons, she clerked for Justice Warren Silver of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court and practiced at a leading litigation firm in Boston. She is recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and Chambers USA (Band 2), and holds a 10.0 Avvo Rating. Elizabeth serves on the board of the Maine Justice Foundation and is a member of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
