Alan Landerman

Alan J. Landerman graduated with honors from Union College in Schenectady, New York in 1981 with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics, then earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 1984. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984 and began his career clerking for Judge Richard Ervin III at the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee. He has dedicated his career to representing plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and products liability cases and has more than four decades of experience in complex civil litigation. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been selected to Super Lawyers since 2020, and is recognized among the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Lawyers. He is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
