About Fermin Lopez
Fermin Lopez served in the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division during Operation Restore Hope in Somalia and as a paratrooper with the 18th Airborne Corps at Fort Bragg before pursuing his education. He earned a B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 1999, then attended the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, graduating with honors in trial advocacy in 2003 and being admitted to the Florida Bar the same year. His practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death claims throughout Florida. Fluent in Spanish and English, he serves clients across a broad range of personal injury matters. He has been selected as a Florida Super Lawyer since 2010 (Top 50 in Orlando from 2022 to 2026) and is designated in Florida Trend's 'Legal Elite.' He serves as an adjunct professor of insurance law at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.
