Adam Lederman

Adam B. Lederman is a partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by fewer than 2% of all New Jersey licensed attorneys. From June 2024 to June 2025, he served as President of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ). With nearly 20 years of trial experience, Lederman leads a team of lawyers and has represented thousands of clients in personal injury cases involving motor vehicle crashes, motorcycle accidents, bus and truck collisions, pedestrian incidents, bicycle and e-bike claims, workplace accidents, and other complex injury matters. He is known for treating his clients like family and going beyond standard representation. Many of his cases are referred by other attorneys who are not specialists in personal injury law. Lederman graduated from New York University with a degree in Sociology and earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. He has lectured at NJAJ events on motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death, slip-and-fall cases, construction site fatalities, and bus and motorcycle accidents, and has been active in youth basketball coaching and his local Chabad community. He joined Davis, Saperstein & Salomon in 2006.
